A Study On Administrative Corruption And Its Ethical Prevention

After the 18th National Congress, with the increase of the Central Committee of the party’s anti-corruption efforts, anti-corruption has become one of the hot topics of concern in today’s society.2015 national two sessions, Xi Jinping, general secretary of Jiangxi delegation to participate in deliberations, the delegates on 2014 in Jiangxi Province Economic and social development indicators across the board, at the same time anti-corruption and implement the spirit of the central eight provisions also achieved significant results. Xi Jinping said: "obviously, corruption will not affect economic development, but is conducive to the sustained and healthy economic development". Because of the problem of corruption is becoming more and more serious harm to society, corruption is more and more attention of the ruling party, to control and prevent the corruption has become a special and important political task of the ruling party and the whole society. Study on the control of corruption and the prevention of corruption, it must cause and characteristics of corruption. Because of the nature of the problem of corruption is very complex, from the class point of view there is political corruption, economic corruption, corruption and style, so the research of preventing and fighting corruption is a systematic project.Administrative corruption and its path of ethical prevention, this paper is trying to do some analysis and discussion from the aspects of characteristics and preventing administrative corruption, puts forward some points of view. From the perspective of administrative ethics, "corruption" is the problem of administration corruption not only after the appearance of corruption by law and regulations to solve, can also strengthen the construction of administrative ethics to prevent symptoms, rules and regulations, strengthen the ethics construction is the real root. The issue of administrative ethics is an important problem in administrative management, to solve the problem of administrative management can effectively improve administrative efficiency.
