Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. From the Chinesepoint of view the reality of the situation, administrative corruption has on ourcountry’s development, social progress produced tremendous harm, direct damage tothe interests of the masses, curb administrative corruption has become the focus ofattention of people across the country, Prevention of administrative corruption hasbecome one of the important work of the Party and the government. Specifically,administrative corruption seriously affect the government’s policy to promoteeconomic development effectiveness, distort competition in the market, resulting inunfair distribution and inequality of opportunity, eroding the country’s political system,resulting in deterioration of the institutional personnel, leadership and decision-making, corrupt society culture and ethical standards.
