Since a long time ago, Mongolian and Chinese have been closely connecting in social, political and economical aspects due to geographical neighbourhood relationship of them. Mongolian and Chinese languages also can reflect this close relationship. The main impact of Chinese language on Mongolian Language is using of Loan words which was derived from 13th century and spread to today.This thesis consists of introduction, main body, summary and references list. In the Introduction, objectives and importance of the work werebriefly illustrated, and also study methods and literature review were given. The main body is comprised of three chapters. In the first chapter titled by The Study of Chinese Loan Words in Mongolian Language During Different Period of History, 《Secret History of Mongolia》, 《Hua Yi Yi Yu》 multi language dictionary, Pentaglot dictionary 《Wu Ti Qing Wen Jian》, 《’Phags-pa script》 were chosen as mainresearch documents from the Mongolian literature published between 13-18th centuries and all the Chinese Loan Words mentioned in these documents were concluded as a simple classification. In the chapter two titled by Analysis of Chinese Loan Words among Mongolian Language, pronunciation, absorptionpattern and semantic changes of the Chinese Loan Words have been extensively studied.In the third chapter titled by Classification Analysis of Chinese Loan Words among Mongolian Languages, based on the research into two Chinese Loan Words dictionaries,520 Chinese Loan Words were classified by the meaning of the Mongolian expression. In the Summary, outcome of this work was briefly illustrated and the furfure work was presented.
