"No Matter How X Is Also Y" And Its Curing Research

In previous studies,scholars mostly focused on the analysis of“Zai”、“Zenme”and“Ye”,some places will involve “Zai Zenme……Ye ……”but has not specialized research of the three combined as a construction,so,in this paper,the study of“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”is from syntax、semantics and pragmatics,then make a detailed description and explanation.With the use of language,the use of the construction increases constantly.“Zai Zenme Shuo—Ye Y”specialized,“Shuo”occurred grammaticalization, and ultimately,“ Zai Zenme Shuo ” cured of discourse markers.This paper mainly along the route that from“Zai Zenme Shuo—Ye Y”to cured“Zai Zenme Shuo”,analyze and study the syntax、semantics、pragmatics、the formation process、the formation mechanism and motivation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts:First,the syntax and categories of the construction“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”:In a long period of time,there are different ideas about the nature of“Zai”and“Ye”in the field of grammartics,in the paper,the nature of“Zai”identified as an adverb,and“Ye”is both connectivity adverbs,and analogical adverbs.On the basis of syntactic analysis,based on the relationship between NP and the construction of“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”,the construction of“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”is divided into four categories.Second,the meaning and relationships of the construction“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”:According to the analysis,when“Zai Zenme + adjective polished rod form”,“Zai” has the semantic features of [+ deeper level] [+ overlay rise],when“Zai Zenme + bare form of the verb”,“Zai”has the semantic features of [+ momentum added] [+ overlay rise].“Zenme”means optional reference,it often uses with“Whatever”,“although”“Even”,says the surrounding significance.The meaning of the construction“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”may:(no matter)how the amount of X increase,Y always does not change.Third,the Pragmatic Use and Discourse of the construction“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”:The construction“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”is preset to“the more X should(probably)Y”,it stands a leaning relationship,the focus of the construction is“Ye Y”,has the pragmatic function to convey accident information and subjective.The construction can appear at the beginning of the sentence、in the middle of the sentence、and in the end of the sentence.When it located at the beginning,plays a major role in enlightenment the following sentence;Located in the sentence,it plays a major role in connections;While located at the end,it main prominent and emphasize the sentence.This flexible syntax position also affects the government boundary of the discourse in the construction.Fourth,the professionals and curing of the construction“Zai Zenme X—Ye Y”:The curing“Zai Zenme Shuo”has procedural meaning and logical meaning with unconditional and hypothesis relationship,has the function of subjective and discourse connectivity.“Zai Zenme Shuo”turned into the discourse markers from speech recognition to justice,which took place a high degree of semantic blur,in terms of the blur on mechanisms,including the“metaphor”and“pragmatic reasoning”two parts.And the language of the subjective to some extent induce and promote the Grammaticalization.
