Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In Yunnan Province From The Perspective Of Cultural Sociology

Promoting the construction of public cultural service system is an important measureto improve people’s livelihood and implement the plan of guarantee the commonpeople share the achievements of the restructuring and development of culturalmechanism, The construction of public cultural service system in national regions isone part that can not be ignored in the construction of the whole China system.Yunnan is a multi-ethnic populated province, it is so easy to appear all sorts ofcontradictions and conflicts due to the differences national consciousness betweenvarious ethnic religions and a certain gap in the matter of development of social,economic, cultural, political and so on with the China southeast coastal areas. So theconstruction of appropriate system of public cultural services in Yunnan province isthe inevitable requirement to enrich Chinese culture’s connotation, the effectivemeans to assure the frontier stability and national unity, and the important way toshare the reformation’s achievements in national regions. We strengthen theconstruction of public cultural service system and contain education in amusementhas important significance to resolve all kinds of deep contradiction and conflict inYunnan province.Paying great attention to combine the theoretical research and empirical research andmainly using the research methods such as field observation, interview, questionnairesurvey, literature analysis and so on, this thesis summarize and analyze the presentsituation, results and experiences of public cultural service system construction inethnic minority areas in Yunnan province at first. Then, based on the analysis of theexisting research results and from the perspective of cultural sociology, provincedevelopment, it finds that there are some problems and obstacles of public culturalservice in Yunnan province： the technological talents construction existinsufficiency of public cultural service, the form of cultural activities are simplex, themigrant workers’ cultural service mechanism is not sound, public cultural demand’s expression is insufficient, expression mechanism is not regular, the informationzationlevel is not high, the public cultural services are lack of regional ethnic characteristics,etc., Based on this, this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures andSuggestions to promote the construction of public cultural service system in Yunnanprovince: we should strengthen the construction of culture of science and technologytalent team, improve the level of public cultural services supply, healthy the safeguardmechanism constantly, perfect rural migrant workers’ long-term public culturalservice system, establish and perfect the public cultural needs’ expression andfeedback mechanism, strengthen technology support mechanism of public culturalservices, strengthen the national characteristics of public cultural services vigorously,etc.
