Research On The Equalization Of Basic Public Cultural Services In The Minority Areas Of Western Yunnan

The equal development of basic public cultural services in ethnic minority areas is not only an important strategic task of the country,but also an inevitable requirement for boosting rural revitalization.As an important component of the construction of a modern public cultural service system,the equalization of basic public cultural services is not only an important link to promote the high-quality development of public cultural services,but also an important starting point to promote the modernization of the cultural governance system and governance capacity.This study selects "equalization of basic public cultural services" as the research theme,and focuses on the core issue of "analysis of factors affecting the equalization of basic public cultural services in ethnic minority areas in western Yunnan",in order to promote cultural prosperity in ethnic minority areas,enhance social integration and ethnic unity.This study selects the "ethnic areas in western Yunnan" as the research object,adopts a mixed research method,and focuses on the influence mechanism of cultural diversity and cultural value categories on the "equalization of basic public cultural services".First of all,in the theoretical construction stage,combined with the interview data,an integrated attribution theoretical model with the core of "equalization of basic public cultural services in western Yunnan ethnic areas" was constructed,which profoundly responded to the "what factors contribute to basic public cultural services in western Yunnan ethnic areas".Equalization makes a difference ”.Secondly,in the quantitative research stage,combined with the theoretical model constructed in the qualitative stage,literature review and in-depth interview data,the research hypothesis to be tested is proposed and empirically tested.Finally,in the case analysis stage,this study selects Dali City to conduct a casepractice investigation of the theoretical model,in-depth description of each category in the model,and realize the expansion,verification and improvement of the theoretical model.Through theoretical model construction,empirical testing and case practice,the following main findings are obtained:In the stage of theoretical construction,the theoretical categories of cultural diversity and cultural values are obtained by analyzing and excavating the influencing factors of the equalization of basic public cultural services in ethnic areas in western Yunnan.The category of cultural diversity covers four sub-concepts: the diversity of ethnic dialects,the diversity of folk culture,the culture of ethnic costumes and the diversity of leisure and entertainment.Cultural elements shaped by different languages,folk culture,entertainment attitude preferences,clothing culture,cultural ethics and other environments have an important impact on the formation of cultural diversity.The category of cultural values consists of the concept of clan culture and fairness.The psychological elements of invoking authority and conformity have a negative impact on the participation,choice,and expression of public cultural lifestyles.Finally,a theoretical model of the equalization of basic public cultural services in the ethnic areas of western Yunnan is constructed.Specifically,the category of cultural diversity is an external influencing factor,the category of cultural values is an internal influencing factor,and the category of public cultural activities is the equalization of basic public cultural services.At the core,the category of infrastructure is the basis for the equalization of basic public cultural services,the category of funds is an important support for the equalization of basic public cultural services,and the category of professional talents is the support for the equalization of basic public cultural services.In the stage of quantitative research,the theoretical model of equalization of basic public cultural services in ethnic areas in western Yunnan has passed the empirical test.The results show that the connotation of cultural diversity theory includes four dimensions: dialect diversity,leisure and entertainment diversity,folk activities and clothing culture.The category of cultural diversity will positively affect the equalization of basic public cultural services.The category of cultural diversity enriches the content of public cultural services,thereby promoting the equalization of basic public cultural services.The positive guidance of cultural values provided by public culture at the national level has improved the equalization of basic public cultural services in ethnic areas in western Yunnan.In the case analysis stage,through case practice research,it is found that: first,the function of cultural diversity is insufficient;second,cultural values lead to the contradiction between the supply and demand of public cultural services;third,the public cultural infrastructure and service content urgently need to be upgraded;fourth,the public cultural Business capital,talent constraints.Finally,according to the theoretical model,a governance path is proposed: one is to give full play to the function of cultural diversity,tap cultural diversity resources,and promote the integrated development of culture and tourism;the other is to guide multiple subjects to participate in the supply of public cultural services through the implementation of differentiated services,and further improve public culture service system;the third is to promote the upgrading of facilities and the quality and efficiency of service content;the fourth is to improve the system supply,increase capital investment in public cultural undertakings,and strengthen professional talent support.The contributions of this research mainly include the following three points: First,the analysis perspective of this research is relatively new,and existing research ignores the context of cultural diversity and the hidden deep cultural values of ethnic groups.This research is based on the particularity of ethnic areas in western Yunnan.As well as the enrichment of ethnic traditional cultural resources,we rediscovered the influencing factors of the equalization of basic public cultural services,thus revealing the relationship between the category of cultural diversity,the category of cultural values and their dimensions and the equalization of basic public cultural services.Interactive logic.The second is to use the grounded theory method to expand the theoretical connotation of cultural diversity and cultural values,innovatively introduce cultural diversity and cultural values into the field of public cultural services in ethnic areas,and examine cultural values and
