Secondary school is the interpersonal relations to an important turning point in the social. How healthy happy have to learn to communicate with people, learn to coexist with people become a "compulsory course" every junior high school students face. But a growing number of junior high school students face interpersonal communication and interpersonal confusion. These interpersonal barriers seriously affect their study, life, physical and mental health. So, carry out about junior middle school students interpersonal disabled self-adaptation intervention study, from the cognitive domain, with reasonable mood therapy, music therapy and psychological intervention method, this paper with the method of experimental contrast, is a kind of psychological intervention method conforms to the interpersonal obstacles are the needs of the junior middle school students, meet the needs of promoting students physical and mental health growth, better for middle school students about interpersonal communication of related research.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey. Use the interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale according to the test after test before and after the intervention study, and by using SPSS17.0 statistical software process the data.Studies have shown that high school students interpersonal barriers level and gender, regional, whether for the one-child reached a very high level of significance; With grade, parents’ education level has reached a higher level of significance, but not significantly affected by the type of school.The level of junior high school students interpersonal communication, communication, hospitality, and relationships with the opposite sex friends is a reflection of the level is strongly influenced by gender differences, there are significant differences in levels, and girls’ interpersonal level is significantly better than boys. Junior high school students interpersonal levels at the same time significantly affected by the regional difference of level, township and village junior high school students interpersonal level is superior to the cities and counties. Not only children interpersonal level than the one-child, only children have more communication disorders. Relatively speaking, children interpersonal level by the relationship between education levels were positively correlated with their parents.Junior high school students in communication, communication, hospitality, and relationships with the opposite sex friends is a reflection of the level is not school type level is not obvious, the key and non-key schools education mode, management mode of junior middle school students interpersonal level. In terms of grade, and the differences of the opposite sex friends differences in age, reached the significant level, but in the aspect of interpersonal conversation, communication, treat people, and there was no significant age difference.By reasonable mood therapy and music therapy, divided into two groups, more than a month of time, to have interpersonal communication disorders 14 subjects to intervene. Two groups of subjects have been improved obviously at the interpersonal level, reasonable mood therapy to be slightly better than that of music therapy. This group intervention for psychological treatment and to provide the reference.
