Popularizing Chinese national folk dance among young people has far-reachingsignificance. Whether in the part of absorbing and induction the extensiveknowledge, or the excellent development of the national cultural heritage both hastheir special educational values. In this paper, usingShijiazhuang outside school youth dance education as a reference, the classimplement of Qing Lan dance troupe as a specific example. To react some difficultiesencountered of national folk dance during the education of youth outside schooldance. Through analysis and research of the difficulties to summarize the Chinesenational folk dance for young people with special educational significance,proposes targets to be met and the corresponding countermeasures.
