In the 20 th Century, one of the most important aesthetic school of phenomenology aesthetics of music performing arts was “music is pure object image”.With the theory proposed, the important position of music performance in music practice has a new theoretical basis.Music players play a important role in expressing the meaning of music works who are the major people of creating music.Any of the specific work is the one and only. But we can have tens of thousands of different styles while facing one work.In this paper I try to research how to proceeding a second create of music works through studying the different play versions of “KINDERSZENEN”,including piano playing method, music processing and emotional expression."KINDERSZENEN" is not a children work but a love poetry that Robert Schumann wrote to his wife in the year of 1838.The whole work is composed of thirteen short plays which have lovely melody while each play has a title which can convey the love that Schumann and Clara. Many pianists have played the work for their concerts or have recorded it.Modern people think of the performance of Horowitz when mentioned to the works of Schumann.Horowitz can play dreaming tone which is always full of fantasy and change. Also his discretion and control is perfect. The audience thinks a lot when immersing in the lonely feeling Horowitz created. In conclusion,I decide to study how Horowitz plays “KINDERSZENEN” and make a comparison between Horowitz Argerich and Eric Zuber.“KINDERSZENEN”is a performance task which I would play in my concert for graduation.I hope the paper can help me to do better in creating the meaning of music through the study of different versions of “KINDERSZENEN”.
