Robert Alexander Schumman(1810–1856)was the most prominent representative of German romanticism in the mid-19 th century. As a composer,Schumann's literary accomplishments are profound, and his music is full of romantic feelings.Schumann's most prominent achievement is in the creation of piano sets. The main piano sets include: " Kinderszenen "(1838)(also known as "Children's Album"),"The Forest Scene"(1848-1849),"Butterfly"(1829-1831),"Carnival"(1834-1835),The Vienna Carnival(1839),The Dance of the David Alliance(1837),etc."Kinderscenen(Op.15)" was created in 1838 and is a prominent part of many sets. Most of the music was inspired by Schumann's memories of his wife Clara's childhood, composed of 13 small pieces.Although there have been studies on the teaching, text analysis, and performance style of the work,no research has yet been combined with music analysis and performance interpretation to discuss the work.Based on this, this study attempts to elaborate the performance interpretation of the work based on the analysis of the music theme of Schumann's Childhood Scenario and the historical information of music. This article consists of three parts. The first chapter mainly reviews the existing literature by reviewing and collecting literature, and explains the reason and significance of the topic.Through previous concert performances and analysis of the works, the author found that the “Kinderszenen” implied the three theme tones, and these tones continue to evolve in the work. Therefore,in the second chapter, this study focuses on the music analysis of these three themes, explains the expansion and reduction of the theme distortions, and the dialogue and overlap in topical interlacing.Based on the second chapter, the third chapter discusses how to play these musical theme tones. The fourth chapter is the conclusion part, this article summarizes Schumann's Childhood Scenario's analysis of musical theme and performance interpretation. This article believes that in the melody, the performer interprets the work should emphasize the fluency of the subject sentence, pay attention to the melody of the big lines;in the texture, the performer should pay attention to the playing of the three themes and the free rhythm of the response to the sentence.
