Nikolai Kalorlovich Medtner is a comp oser who has the deep understanding of music, he was born in Russia, start to learn and research the piano performing and compose in the Moscow Conservatory. As a pianist and composer, all of the music compositions of Medtner has been related with piano, included piano concerto, piano sonata, piano opusculum and etc. The classical spirit and traditional ways of music are followed by Medtner’s compositions which have the rigorous structure of music. Mr. Medtner’s progenitors are from Germany, his compositions are influenced by classicism and romanticism, poeticity also can be found in his compositions. The " Fairy tales " has the literary character of music will be discussed in this research."
