The emotion factor is an important part that can not be ignored in all fields of teaching,teacher’s emotion and its penetration strength will directly affect the success or failure of the quality of teaching effect. Teachers of Chinese international education is the main teaching,grasp the main part of classroom teaching, teachers of Chinese international educationteaching activities directly affects the learners to learn chinese. Teachers of Chinese international education teaching activities are not only influenced by their emotional factors,emotional fluctuation is influenced by the environment, cultural differences and produce.Influence of affective factors on Teachers’ teaching has the universality and particularity, any influence teachers’ teaching by their emotions, teaching the same emotional factors ondifferent education teachers in Chinese international is different, the influence degree ofdifferent factors on emotional teaching with a Chinese international education teachers are also different. Teachers of Chinese international education has different emotional features indifferent teaching stages, emotional factors varies in different stages, the same emotional factors are not the same in the degree of influence on different stages of the teaching work. In this paper, through the investigation and study of teaching practice in Thailand InternationalChinese teachers, teaching junior high school period, at the end of the three phase of theemotional characteristics of master of international Chinese teachers in various stages, the main affective factors influence teaching for international Chinese teachers in each stage is summarized, as well as to the teachers of Chinese international education teaching effect in the teaching order of the main affective factors, summed up the main problems existing in theChinese International Education Teachers’ affective factors, the main problem in view of the main problems existed in each period, the stage exist at the same time, and associated with the teaching of each emotional issues, for international Chinese teachers emotional tonesuitable suggestions for all the Chinese international education teaching reference, especially the first overseas internship students engaged in Chinese language teaching.
