With the development of economic globalization,the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and international status,learning Chinese has become an inevitable trend in the development of globalization,which makes the international spread of Chinese present an unprecedented prosperity.Based on this background,overseas Chinese teachers are in short supply.Many young international Chinese teachers often embark on a career in spreading Chinese even when their experience is not sufficient,and occupational pressure has also arisen.The impact of teacher professional pressure on teachers is reflected in behavior,psychology,physiology and other aspects,which will change the teacher's professional attitude,professional interest,professional behavior,etc.,thus affecting the quality of teaching and teaching effects.In addition,it may have a negative impact on the professional development of teachers and even the cause of Chinese international communication.In the field of Chinese international communication,excessive professional pressure on teachers not only manifests itself in unsatisfactory teaching effects,but also results in teachers' inability to integrate benignly with the local environment in their lives,and even serious cultural shocks.Teachers questioning themselves or choosing to give up on their personal career development path are also detrimental to the long-term development of the international communication of Chinese.Therefore,the author conducts investigation and research on the professional pressure of Chinese international education professional teachers,in order to provide some valuable research materials for the training of international Chinese teachers 'professional skills and the promotion of teachers' professional development through the study of this group of novice teachers.The research is based on the current status of Chinese language education majors,mainly through the form of questionnaires to analyze their work stress status,assess the stress level,determine the stress source and propose coping methods.Theauthor first uses the Perceived Stress Scale to investigate the current situation of the professional pressure of the trainee teachers.On this basis,they further understand the structural dimensions of their stressors,and examine the differences in demographic variables in the dimensions of the stressors.Finally,the Carve(1997)COPE measure is used The table(simplified version)studies the occupational stress coping strategies of Chinese international education majors and their demographic differences,and finds effective stress coping methods to propose suggestions and countermeasures.The results of the survey show that the overall stress level of Chinese international education professional teachers is medium to high.The specific research results are:Stress source:(1)The structure of stress sources for Chinese international education major teachers is 7 dimensions,from large to small: income and welfare>personal career development> workload> social pressure> cross-cultural teaching and communication> student problems> learning Environmental support;(2)Demographic variables have no significant difference in the dimension of pressure source structure.Stress coping strategies:(1)The average value of positive strategies(problem-oriented and emotional-directed coping)in the course of coping with stress among Chinese language education majors is higher than the average of negative coping strategies to avoid directed coping;(2)Individual factors are under stress There is no obvious difference in coping styles;(3)There is no correlation between problem-oriented coping strategies and stressors,while avoidance-oriented coping strategies and emotion-oriented coping strategies have positive correlations with stressors.Teacher pressure management strategy: The author has put forward pressure management suggestions from the macro and micro perspectives,which are reflected in the corresponding professional training management measures of national schools,how to improve the teachers 'occupational pressure methods in policy,and aim at teachers and Chinese international education The professional training plan puts forward feasible management methods;microscopically,it givesspecific method suggestions on how the teachers themselves should relieve the pressure.
