Ommunity education is an important part of national education, from the folk spontaneous to scale, more full of vitality. At the same time, in the construction of community culture, community art also plays an important role. The modern community art education is the integration of a regional education and social education mode, which is different from the school education, adult education and vocational education.In the community of art education, the preschool children(3-7 years old), is currently constitutes one of the main learning community art education, aesthetic concept, cultivate the innovative thinking of as a starting point, its development not only has practical and functional implications of population and family, but also bear the children enlightenment and quality the function of education.In this paper, based on the preschool children(3-7 years old) learning demand characteristics, parents and social structure, the research community of private training institutions, starting with micro community art education, and radiation to the macroscopic, social and public art education. Mainly from the social environment, art training institutions in the current situation of community development, and the interaction between the participants and family studies, reveals the current situation and existing problems, put forward thinking of the community children’s art education.
