In recent years,China's preschool education has been highly valued by the state,and the reform and development of preschool education has attracted much attention.Because teachers colleges and universities have long been committed to the cultivation of comprehensive quality talents and shouldered the responsibility of training excellent preschool teachers,it is considered to be the main position of training preschool teachers.Curriculum teaching reform is an important guarantee to improve the quality of education,the reform and innovation of teaching mode is an important part of curriculum teaching reform.The purpose of teaching reform is to realize the reform of teachers' teaching methods and students' learning methods,and change the traditional teaching mode centered on receptive learning,and then finally to achieves the cultivation of innovative talents.Experiential teaching is a teaching model proposed under the background of advocating quality education,it is a teaching that pays attention to life growth of students and emphasizes the life experience and development of students.Experiential teaching truly reflects the teaching value of"people-oriented" and the teaching goal of training comprehensive quality.The paper takes the teaching of preschool education major courses in normal colleges as an entry point,and takes the "Preschool Children Music Education" course as an example to find out the practical experience and shortcomings of this course in teaching.And then combines existing practical and theoretical foundations to build an suitable experiential teaching model for the "Preschool Children's Music Education"curriculum,aiming to promote the reform and innovation of the teaching model of the preschool education major in normal colleges and improve the quality of teaching,then accumulate experience for the teaching reform of the preschool education specialty.This paper consists of five parts:First,review the existing research literature.The introduction of the first chapter is the research background,which reviews the relevant literature of the domestic and foreign experiential teaching theory,preschool education professional curriculum teaching and the curriculum of "preschool children's music education".Clarify the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of experiential teaching,and analyze the feasibility of experiential teaching in the curriculum of "Music Education for Preschool Children" to lay the foundation for the construction of experiential teaching mode.Second,introduce the research design of the paper.The second chapter of the paper introduces and designs from the research purpose,research object,research content,research method and research ideas,aiming to provide technical support for the development of this research.Fourth,Summary of practical effect.The fourth chapter of the paper analyzes and summarizes the teaching effects and deficiencies of the course "Music Education for Preschool Children" from the concept of experiential teaching.The study found that the experiential teaching effect of the "Preschool Children's Music Education" is better.Its classroom teaching "people-oriented",which fully reflects the subject status of students,there is a higher degree of classroom participation between teachers and students,students and students,and teaching methods are novel and practical,students'enthusiasm is higher.The course teaching has been widely recognized by students,accumulating students' knowledge and experience,improving students'practical ability,and enriching students' emotional experience.However,there are also the following problems,rich practical experience,but the theoretical foundation is not strong,sufficient experience time,but the teaching progress is delayed,open teaching format,but the degree of completion is not clear,teaching evaluation is diverse,but the evaluation is superficial and other problems.So the following improvement measures are proposed,setting up an experiential learning platform combining theory and practice,constructing a scientific experiential teaching content network,combining multiple teaching methods and grasping the teaching progress,establishing a perfect experiential teaching evaluation system.Fifth,construct the experiential teaching mode of preschool children's music education.The fifth chapter of this article constructs the experiential teaching model of The curriculum of "Preschool Children's Music Education" based on the theoretical basis of experiential teaching,ancombines the practical teaching experience of the"Music Education for Preschool Children"coues,and explains the elements of the experiential teaching model.The model adheres to the human-oriented teaching concept and the teaching target system with experience as the core,adheres to the "two main lines,three stages,and eight links" experiential teaching operation procedures,with teaching methods and strategies that are easy to interact,opening and diverse evaluation system and easy-to-experience implementation conditions.This is a teaching model that is conducive to students' learning experience and meets the requirements of quality education and modern teaching.
