In recent years,with the rise and development of Chinese teaching all over the world,new research has been continuously made on the theoretical research and applied research of this subject.The Performed Culture Approach is proposed and applied by professor Galal Walker of the Ohio State University in America,and has achieved fruitful teaching results.The teaching approach advocates combining language,culture and communication,takins "accumulating cultural stories" as the teaching content,taking the performance as the main teaching method,constructing the learner's second cultural world view,thereby improving the learner's language use ability and Intercultural communication skills.The teaching approach has achieved relatively ideal teaching results in America,but it has not been popularized and promoted in China.Therefore,I used the opportunity of internship in the School of Continuing Education of Beijing Foreign Studies University to apply the Performed Culture Approach to the intermediate oral Chinese teaching.Through the theoretical investigation of the teaching approach itself and the dynamic grasp of the teaching practice,the paper explores the teaching mode of the Performed Culture Approach in the intermediate oral Chinese teaching,and provides reference for the Teaching Chinese As Foreign Language in China.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter ? is introduction,briefly introducing the research background and significance,research content and methods,and through the literature review of the development and application of the theory,it is found on the teaching method of theoretical research all focus on abroad,and domestic research has just started,mainly introduces the theoretical connotation and characteristics.In terms of teaching application results,most of them are master's theses of universities.Among them,there are many applications in the teaching of spoken Chinese as a foreign language,but there are few real data feedback and teaching examples,so the research depth needs to be further improved.Chapter ? summarizes the two core concepts of the Performed Culture Approach--"culture" and "performed",and explains the teaching principle of this teaching approach,namely "the cycle of compilation" and the course mode,"Fact course and Act course",providing theoretical support for the application of intermediate spoken Chinese teaching.On this basis,from the aspects of teaching environment,teaching objects,teaching material analysis and teaching objectives,the application background of this teaching method in intermediate spoken Chinese teaching is analyzed in detail.Chapter ? is the key part of this paper,mainly using the classroom observation and recording method,taking the Cl class School of Continuing Education of BFSU as the example,to truly record the application and actual effect of this teaching approach in intermediate oral Chinese class.Applied in classroom teaching,According to the course classification of the Performed Culture Approach,the class is divided into Fact course and Act course,then from the teaching goal,teaching design,teaching case,after-school reflection on four aspects,the two kinds of courses for the first application and the improved application of observation and analysis,to reflect in the teaching process of the Performed Culture Approach to grasp and application of the process.Chapter ?,questionnaire method is used to collect the feedback of C1 class on the teaching effect of oral Chinese under the guidance of the Performed Culture Approach.The data show that students are relatively satisfied with specific teaching activities,actual teaching effect and overall classroom atmosphere.In addition,based on the classroom reaction of students and the teaching reflection of teachers,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the application of the Performed Culture Approach in the oral Chinese of C1 class,points out the existing problems in the teaching,and puts forward practical and feasible improvement measures such as understanding the communication needs of students,adding summary links,and strengthening the communication between teachers and students.Chapter ? is the conclusion part.I points out in this paper,innovation is combined with the actual teaching cases,implements the Performed Culture Approach in the intermediate spoken Chinese teaching application of dynamic grasp.I think that this teaching approach can effectively improve the efficiency of oral Chinese teaching.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research,such as limited samples and lack of achievement comparison.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to further develop and improve the cultural teaching syllabus,teaching materials and supplementary materials.
