A Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of The New Generation Peasant Workers' Marriage Views

With the rapid development of reform and opening up, the rapid development of urbanization construction, a large number of rural surplus labor force gradually transferred to the city, forming a large and special group- the new generation of migrant workers. As the highlight of new generation migrant workers’ subjectivity, and thus there was a series of social problems related to become the focus of public attention. Love and marriage is refers to the people views and opinions on mate, love, marriage, gender and fertility, it is an important manifestation of life and values. New generation migrant workers are in the golden age of dating, love and marriage, it is important to study on the problems of new generation of migrant workers marriage. At present, the research on the problems of new generation of migrant workers marriage mainly focused on the sociology, ideological and political education, law, economics and other several areas, way of marriage, marriage orientation, causes marriage problems and countermeasures were discussed, but lack of psychological research relevant variables. Therefore, it is necessary from a psychological point of view to discuss the view of love and marriage by the new generation of migrant workers. Based on this, the content of this research mainly studies the following two aspects:Research one: The new generation of migrant workers marriage concept questionnaire. Combined with the literature analysis, the new generation of migrant workers with the opinions about love case interviews and expert consultation, compiling a set of compliance with the requirement of psychometrics, can measure the questionnaire with new generation migrant workers opinions about love. Research two: quantitative research and case studies. Adopts the big five personality traits quality table, social support scale, the self-made questionnaire with the new generation of migrant workers marriage, the self-made questionnaire for the selected 443 to inspect the new generation of migrant workers, after multivariate analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, this paper discusses the current situation of new generation migrant workers marriage, characteristics and the effect of with different variables on the new generation migrant workers opinions about marriage concept.When conducting quantitative research, using the method of case studies to interview four new generation of migrant workers, as a complement to quantitative research. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The generation of migrant workers marriage concept questionnaire made up by mate, love, marriage, fertility and sexual attitudes five factors, 23 test items has good internal consistency reliability and construct validity.(2) The new generation of migrant workers overall marriage concept in the medium level, showing a more open attitude.(3) The education level was significant difference, Sex × marital status, gender × family rearing styles, ages × education level, education level × marital status, education level × family rearing patterns, gender× education × family rearing patterns was significant interaction.(4) Marriage concept,extroversion, responsibility, agreeableness and openness has significant positive correlation, with neuroticism has significant negative correlation, the openness and pleasant performance positively predict new generation peasant workers’ marriage.(5) Marriage concept, subjective support, objective support and utilization of support showed a significant positive correlation, and to some extent, it can positively predict new generation peasant workers’ marriage.(6) The new generation migrant workers mating harder, pay more attention to the emotional factors in the standards; Love enhanced autonomy, motivation tend to be more rational; Longing and worry coexist marriage attitudes, on the division of marital role from the traditional "men outside the women inside" transforming to modern men and women to share, and they are able to reason about divorce problem; "Having fewer eugenics" procreation conception gradually accepted by the new generation of migrant workers, higher expectations of raising a child, but still exists the phenomenon of preference; Sex is between conservative and open concept, but attitude towards sexual behavior is more open.
