Resilience is the inherent potential of individuals which through interaction with the environment to produce good adaptation results. This paper is based on the research and literature of the the existing home and abroad of the new generation of migrant workers, which focus on the generation of migrant workers'resilience and mental health status. According to the results of the study proposes targeted measures to better grooming and solving the existence of negative psychological problems of the new generation of migrant workers.First, the structure of the generation of migrant workers'resilience includs seven dimensions: self-efficacy, self-acceptance, emotional stability, problem solving, friend support, family support and unit support. The content reliability and validity of the generation of migrant workers'resilience reaches psychometric requirements.Second, there exist significant differences between different gender, age, whether the only child, family location, level of education and work experience of employees in the new generation of migrant workers'mental health and resilience.Third, the study of the new generation of migrant workers'resilience and mental health found that resilience have high prediction value to mental health .The factors of the new generation of migrant workers'resilience have positive effect on the elasticity of the mental health ,but which have negative effect on anxiety and depression of the mental health.Fourth, based on the results of this study and combined with the actual situation to analyze the real cause of migrant workers'mental health problems, and for this reason put forward practical measures.Finally, I analyzed and explained the issue of the shortcomings of this study and the need to further address...
