This research adopts “Chinese students positive mental quality scale” compiled in 2009 by GuanQun and Meng Wanjin, investigates the 245 students’ s positive psychological quality development in Yuxi health school, Using SPSS17.0 to the data were statistically analyzed, using the mean and variance of statistical description, using a single sample t test compared with the national norm.The study found that the level of development of Yuxi health school students’ s6 positive psychological quality, the knowledge capacity, sincere, friendly,leadership, dedication, faith hope is low than the National Vocational Students’ and low than the national high school students’ s; the cooperative force, the development level of humor is lower than the national high school students; the cautious is lower than the national secondary vocational school students; the development status of thinking and observation behind the other positive psychological quality With the same of national case.Based on positive mental quality of Yuxi health school students, this study selected cognition, human nature, psychological quality and emotional control of 4prominent weak dimensions, design intervention programs targeted.Positive cognitive psychological intervention is aimed at learning methods and strategies,including four aspects: Professor thinkmap skills, the overall efficient learning methods, the use of cooperative learning in teaching, cultivating critical thinking;Nonviolent Communication, confident self expression method, social skills training is to cultivate positive psychological quality positive human nature of this dimension;Train control positive psychological quality of students, this study designed the intervention program of self-control;Positive mental health education,at the individual level, not only to cultivate the positive psychological qualities of the students, but also promote their experiences, so this scheme is designed for the past, present and future positive emotion intervention program.Confirmatory practice using non equivalent control group pretest posttest experimental design, two classes using the intervention program, two class without intervention, Intervention for independent samples t test, research found that the effect of intervention programs to cultivate the positive psychological quality achieve the expected effect a certain extent, in addition to the power of self-control is not obvious.The outstanding advantages of this research is to apply theory to practice, the design of the program can be used, to truly learn in order to practice, the users need selectively intervention after the Status survey.
