A Study On The Cultivation Of Cultural Empathy In Cross - Cultural Communication Of Foreign Language Majors

Cultural empathy is the core of the part in the whole system of cross-cultural ability. It plays an indispensable role in multiple ways. It plays key and direct roles in the progress, effects and quality in cross-cultural communication, So what we need in the actual work is to improve the ability of cultural empathy, only in this way can we rule out related problems in cultural communication and finally realize the most effective communication and exchanges.On the basis of relevant theories, combined with years of teaching practice, to improve students cultural empathy methods and models for a special study, and students were tested, questionnaires and interviews, and other methods, under the premise to ensure real and effective data of the data to conduct a careful and detailed finishing. Through data analysis, empathy between cultures and foreign language skills is a positive correlation conclusions. It also shows the ability to improve students’ cultural empathy, can achieve the purpose of improving their language skills. The innovation of this paper is in a foreign language in the classroom, through continuous improvement of teaching methods, to find the most effective way to improve students’ cultural empathy ability. Ability to demonstrate empathy between cultures and language skills of the existence of positive correlation between experimental and data.By studying this paper, hoping to provide a reference for future college English teaching. Teachers should train students in cultural empathy as a teaching priority, through classroom teaching practice for a long time to find the most effective way, so that students get the cultural empathy indeed improved, thus successfully achieve the established teaching objectives, optimization of teaching.
