Justice is an important part of socialist law construction, has an important significance in realizing the strategy of governing the country by law. In law construction, it’s not only to transfer the due-value of law to legal value, but also to realize the conversion from legal value to real value. In order to be applied effectively, the law must provide effective moral guarantee for judicial work, which is a strong support for the justice. Morality plays a positive role in promoting and safeguarding of justice. In the value system that provides moral guarantee for justice, the basic value established by morality under the social leading is usually the basic value of the law. In justice, the moral quality of judicial workers has a direct impact on the application of law, has a significant impact on the fairness and justice of the judicial act. The moral requirement of judicial workers is the guarantee of law application, as well as an important support for judicial justice. The moral guarantee of justice has highlighted its importance, especially in the process of constructing the socialist law. Secondly, it analyzes the problems that justice fails to establish its proper legal belief, fails to develop the loyal legal feelings, fails to establish the pursuit of judicial justice consciously and judicial corruption, discusses the present situation of moral disorder in judicature. The lack of virtue and lack of ability of judicial workers, the power particularity of judicial workers and other problems lead to the emergence of moral disorder in justice. Finally, through the concrete direction of moral guarantee of justice and the construction at target level, it aims to establish legal belief, ensure the independence of justice, pursue for judicial justice and maintain judicial integrity, thus to curb judicial corruption. Through the research on the moral guarantee of justice, it reflects the value pursuit of law for proper mode of social life, provides a strong guarantee for the good implementation of socialist society ruled by law, eventually points to the realization of legal value.
