As a professor in the Chinese instruments performance Department of Nanjing University of the Arts, Han Yu is full of Erhu skills. He not only trained many erhu musical, but also creatived many Erhu music. He has made a contribution to the development of the erhu art. This paper attempts to study the perspective of pedagogy, anthropology, music aesthetics, performing arts theory, from technology- Arts-Germany three progressive levels of teaching realm to study the order, from the two dimensions of the concept and practice of expounding, summary in Chinese erhu teaching, and on the basis of a more complete presentation of its appearance erhu teaching. On the technical side, Han Yu set up a complete specification techniques teaching system which is make up with some teaching guidelines such as flexible teaching content, scientific teaching methods, open teaching Perspective and so on. At the same time, music composition, music aesthetic and body moving are very important too. Advocated by the body interactive teaching methods, he combined with field work and dialectical thinking to made his Erhu music better. For the most important, erhu teaching as a specific education on people, should return to the "people’s education",that is to say, human moral is the key to education. He always says: "learn to play, do good music, become nice people." This is the Chinese traditional music education’s spirit.
