On The Teaching Design Of Chinese New Year Lunar New Year

The Chinese zodiac is one of the Chinese traditional culture, not only plays a very important role in the development of Chinese culture, but also impacts on the development of surrounding countries. Countries like Thailand and China are parts of Southeast Asian culture circle, Thailand has zodiac culture which is similar to Chinese culture, so regard Chinese zodiac as a teaching contents can improve students’ cultural identity, can also help students to have a better understanding about the connotation of Chinese zodiac culture.This article designed the knowledge of the culture of the Chinese zodiac for the teaching content, the writer wants to introduce Chinese cultural knowledge to Thai students and at the same time explore an appropriate method for teaching Chinese culture in Thailand middle school.This paper mainly divides into five parts, the first part is an introduction which summarizes the research significance, research purpose and research method of the article, and sums up the literature of the existing Chinese zodiac teaching; The second part analyzes the zodiac culture of China and Thailand, sums up the similarities and differences between Chinese zodiac culture and Thailand zodiac culture. In the third part the writer regards the student in grade 2 and grade 4 of Mattayom Thanbin KampheangSaen School in Thailand as the research object, to investigate and study the actual situation of Thai students learning Chinese, to develop a suitable teaching design for students to learn Chinese zodiac culture; The fourth part mainly rethinks the writer’s teaching situation, summarizes the advantages and the disadvantages of the teaching design, and make some improvement; The fifth part is the last part of this article, at first,the writer summarizes the teaching design and teaching practice, then according to the author’s practical experience, giving some proper suggestions to Chinese culture teaching in Thailand.The innovation point of this article is that the writer specific to the student in grade 2 and grade 4 of Mattayom Thanbin KampheangSaen School in Thailand to make Chinese zodiac teaching design, put paper-cutting into the class teaching, according to the students’ different learning condition and accepting degree to make different teaching plans and to do teaching practice, then according to the problems which author encountered in the practical teaching to improve the teaching design. The writer hope to provide some references for the teaching of Chinese culture in Thailand.
