A Study On The Development Of Tibetan Cultural Industry From The Perspective Of National Culture

Nowadays, with the wave of globalization and informatization,many countries attach great importance to the development of culture, the vigorous expansion of cultural industries have increasingly become necessary for liberating culture productive forces, enhancing cultural soft power and being a culture giant. In the 21 st century, the cultural consumption continues to expand, cultural products continue to enrich, and cultural creativity continues to burst. The cultural industries are developing rapidly with the high attention of the countries all around the world, and have become an important aspect of the comprehensive national strength contest, also become a significant weight to gain vantage ground in the international cultural development of the new order. China is a big country of cultural resources, with five thousand years of historical and cultural heritage, the treasure house of China contains rich and colorful cultural elements, they are created in the historical conditions of the coexistence of ethnic groups in the long term. Since the beginning of new century, China adjusts to the trend of the cultural development in the world, strives to develop cultural industries based on its rich cultural resources. Although China is a latecomer of cultural industries, it has achieved remarkable achievements. The development of cultural industries meets the needs of people’s increasing spiritual and cultural consumption, it can contribute to the realization of the strategic goal of our country’s cultural power and expand the effective carrier of Chinese culture influence, it is one of the industries with great potential in the future development.Tibet is a multi-ethnic province with a variety of ethnic resources, the rich natural resources, cultural and historical resources for the development of the cultural industries has provided a rare quality of factor endowments, these unique cultural resources are the keys to Tibet’s cultural industries to achieve competitive differentiation and enhance the core competitiveness. In recent years, with the joint efforts of the Party Central Committee and the government, Tibet’s cultural industries have made some achievements, laying a good foundation for future development. However, due to the low starting point and the weak economic foundation, it needs further efforts to realize the transformation of rich cultural resources area to the strong cultural resources area with the help of cultural industries. As an ethnic area, the development of cultural industries in Tibet are not only of economic significance, but also has cultural significance, and it is bound to have a certain impact on the development of ethnic culture, it’s related to Tibet’s cultural construction and the great prosperity about cultural development, so it’s also the essential requirement of cultural industries. Firstly, this dissertation combs the relevant theories of the culture, the cultural industries, the ethnic culture and the ethnic culture development of the Communist Party of China, analyzes the cultural resources and the industrial development status of Tibet’s cultural industries, and then discusses the value of Tibet cultural industries to the development of ethnic culture from four aspects. Secondly, combines the more successful “Princess Wencheng” real drama with the preliminary exploration case of the less populated ethnic Groups industrialization of handicraft, points out the problems about the Tibet’s cultural industries development, which are based on the development of ethnic culture. Finally, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures aimed at some problems such as the imperfection of Tibet’s culture industries index system, the deficient protection of cultural resources and the low level of exploit. This dissertation starts from the cultural property of Tibet cultural industries, on the basis of theoretical and practical analysis of the function of the cultural industries in the development of ethnic, as far as I’m concerned, no matter for the whole ethnic culture to maintain its vitality, the enhance of self-confidence about the ethnic culture, or for the guarantee of the realization about cultural development rights as a member of the ethnic group, it’s beyond dispute that the development of Tibet’s cultural industries has significant cultural value, it’s the driving force for promoting the development of ethnic culture.
