Questioning is an important technique in psychological counseling. Counselors usually guide visitors by questioning for information clarification and fact reconstruction to help visitors to make clearer decisions. In the meantime, questioning is a difficult technique in psychological counseling. Counselors need to make immediate judgment and response to visitors to grasp the integral rhythm and direction. Therefore, this research adopts the Consensual Qualitative Research, aims to analyze questioning technique from perspectives of content and form and form a comprehensive junior middle school students’ psychological counseling questionning bank.First, this study selected 15 cases of a mature psychological counselor in, the content of the question for consulting the entire coding summarized and frequency statistics summarizes the questions library content of the spindle.Then, in view of the treatment stage, analyze the mature form of psychological counselor questions summary, and with the new consultant of junior middle school students’ psychological counseling frequency comparison, questions in the form of a hierarchical classification, complete the form of questions database construction.Finally, the junior middle school students and adults mature consultants do psychological counseling case of questions make contrast, contents and questions form questions technology is summarized in the operating characteristics of junior middle school students psychological counseling, to build a complete library of junior middle school students psychological counseling question.All of the research process, the author concluded the following results:(1)The questioning process model of junior middle school students’ psychological counseling is divided into 3 stages: relation-establishment stage(parents and visitors together) —— exploration and treatment stage(parents and visitors separately) ——finishing stage(parents and visitors together); among them, relation-establishment stage includes demography information, clarifying psychological counseling, consulting reasons; exploration and treatment stage includes supplement of counseling reasons and exploration of adjusting methods; finishing stage includes summarizing adjusting methods, solving other confusion, intentions of continuing counseling and time. Little themes between each stage have continuity.(2)Questioning form construction of junior middle school students’ psychological counseling includes 3 grades: basic questioning form, advanced questioning form and senior questioning form; among them, basic questioning form includes: specific questioning, cognition questioning, feeling questioning, influence questioning and encouragement questioning; advanced questioning form includes difference questioning, relation questioning, positive and negative questioning and hypothesis questioning; senior questioning includes blocking questioning and circulated questioning.(3) The junior middle school students’ psychological counseling questioning bank also should include the summary of the characteristics of the technical operation of the question.
