Self-esteem is defined as an individual's feeling and identification with his or her own emotional value.Peer self-disclosure is the individual's conscious expression of personal information and feelings and opinions about non-personal information to the companion in the process of communication.The course of behavior.Based on the relevant research and existing assessment scales at home and abroad,this study compiled a self-esteem scale suitable for middle school students with good reliability and validity.It is hoped that by measuring the self-esteem of adolescents,they can predict their self-disclosure level and intervene in self-esteem to effectively adjust the self-disclosure level of adolescents.The study consisted of four phases,the first phase of which developed a self-esteem scale for junior middle school students.In the second stage,the self-esteem scale compiled by the students and the self-disclosure questionnaires compiled by Zou Hong and Jiang Suo were used to test 300 students in the middle school of Shijiazhuang,and the relevant results were analyzed.The third stage ranks the self-esteem and self-disclosure scores.According to the needs of psychological drama intervention activities,24 people with high self-esteem and high self-esteem,high self-esteem and low self-esteem,low self-esteem and high self-esteem,low self-esteem and low self-disclosure were selected and randomly distributed into three groups.Then,the experimental group was implemented with self-esteem as the theme of psychological drama intervention,and the placebo group implemented a growing campus textbook drama.The program did not involve self-esteem.The intervention activities of eight campus psychological dramas were carried out,and the control group did not handle them.In the fourth stage,the first two stages of the questionnaire were used to post-test the three groups of subjects,and compared with the pre-test data,and the differences were compared and analyzed.The data processing of this study used Spss software and Mplus software,and related analysis,T test,analysis of variance and confirmatory factor analysis.Research result:1?The Junior High School Self-Esteem Scale consists of four dimensions: self-love,self-identity,interpersonal openness,and self-worth.The internal consistency reliability ? of the total scale and the sub-dimension are: 0.716,0.806,0.721,0.706;the total measure and sub-dimension test-retest reliability were 0.734,0.815,0.798,and 0.692,respectively.Confirmatory factor analysis was performed using Mplus: RMSEA=0.059,TLI=0.896,CFI=0.879,SRMR=0.052.The scale is reliable and can meet psychometric standards.2.The self-esteem of junior middle school students was significantly correlated with peer self-disclosure(r=0.449***).The self-disclosure was the dependent variable,and the self-esteem factors of junior middle school students were used as independent variables for regression analysis.Self-loving,interpersonal interaction openness,self-identification and self-identity.The expression showed significant predictive effect;the self-esteem change value before and after the experimental intervention was the dependent variable,and the two-factor analysis of variance was performed with the self-esteem and the experimental group as the independent variables.The main effect of the experimental group was significant(F=7.338**);The absolute value of self-exposed change before and after is the dependent variable.The two-factor analysis of variance was performed with self-esteem and experimental group as independent variables.The main effect of the experimental group was significant(F=3.697*);the self-esteem of the subjects in the experimental group.The self-exposed change values were tested for differences.The self-disclosure levels of the different roles were significantly different(F=7.905**),and the self-esteem level did not change significantly.Analysis conclusion:1?The junior middle school self-esteem scale has good reliability and validity,and achieves psychometric standards.It can be used as an effective tool to measure middle school students' self-esteem.2?There is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and self-disclosure of junior middle school students;targeted psychological drama counseling can enhance the self-esteem of junior middle school students;the intervention of self-esteem can effectively regulate the self-disclosure level of junior middle school students.
