In recent years,the comprehensive strength of China has been enhanced greatly.And all over the world there are more and more people keen to learn Chinese language. International Chinese language promotion is in a very good situation. As the famous brand of promoting Chinese language, the " Chinese Bridge " Competition draws more and more people’s attention. In terms of the competition, the test question is a very important element. It has big influence not only on the progress but also on the result of competition, even influence the effect of competition.Therefore, the job of designing test question should be pay more attention. Current research about " Chinese Bridge " Competition is less, and the designing of test question is lack of theoretical guidance. With holding the competition annually, it has the extremely important practical significance to summarize some experience of the every competition and to do some related theoretical research in time. The thesis mainly sets the test questions of the "Chinese Bridge 2014" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreigners Across the Global as the research object. From the two aspects that the content and the form of the test questions, The thesis mainly summarizes the characteristics of designing the test questions and concludes some experience can be used for reference.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part includes these aspects why choose this topic and what the research significance is, and introduces the development history of "Chinese Bridge" Competition and its current situation as well as the research status and the methods. The second part summarizes the characteristics of test questions and from the two aspects that are the basic knowledge and culture knowledge of Chinese language to analyze the study purpose and the function of test questions. The test questions of the basic knowledge of Chinese language covers a wide range and has close integration with cultural knowledge. The test questions about the Chinese culture is representative. The study attaches most importance to the traditional culture at the same time takes into account the modern culture. The third part mainly analyzes and summarizes the test questions from thetwo aspects of the text types and the representation of questions. The varied competition forms make the whole competition become more entertaining and more ornamental. The fourth part mainly summarizes the research contents and the conclusions of this thesis. It analyzes what the enlightenment of this competition to the Chinese language learners and the competition organizers. Firstly, the Chinese language learners should make full use of the language environment, and cultivate their own interests as well as summarize their learning methods in time.Secondly, the competition organizers should adhere to the unity of the systematic and typicality in selecting test questions. At the same time, they need to handle the relationship not only between interesting and knowledge, but also between the ornamental and seriousness in the competition. The fifth part summarizes some deficiencies of the competition and gives the corresponding improvements.
