On The Future Trend Of China 's Rural Land System From The Historical Change Of Ownership And Use Right

Agriculture is the basic industry of human beings, which plays an important role in nationalgovernance. Since ancient times, China’s land system is a game between the ownership of public andprivate. These two land systems have their own rational logic. Though there are many essays aboutland system，less people go deeper to study the crux of the problem of the land. Only by knowing theessence of land, can we make a more rational land system. Looking from thecurrent development situation, the rural collective ownership on the basis of household contractmanagement system can not adapt to the objective requirement of productivity development already,and it also brings many problems. How to correctly handle the relationship between the state and theindividual, fully respect the individual interests is the problem of land system reform in the future.By historical research and comparative research method, the transformation of rural land ownershipand use right are given since the ancient times of China. At the same time, combining the situation ofChina’s latest, especially the latest China’s rural land reform on the third plenary session of18th,which augments the farmers use right on the basic of collective ownership，the writer thinks theactual distribution of the land rights of farmers will be more and more concrete, and under the publicownership, the rural collective land ownership will continue to blur, the government will play a moremacroeconomic regulation and control role.
