China’s current system of integratedmarine management system exists is unclear, overlapping functions, law enforcement andother issues are not uniform, for our country to enhance the overall strength of the marine,construction, marine power produced many obstacles。Therefore, a comprehensive reformof the management system of marine and further improve maritime legislation, theestablishment of the system of ocean management mechanism to implement the results ofthe comprehensive reform of the law enforcement uniform ocean,Thus suitable for Chinato establish a comprehensive, integrated management of marine sea conditions system.This article is divided into the following four parts:The first chapter,"Marine Management Overview," introduces the concept andcharacteristics of marine management. After the founding of new China for the historicalevolution of China’s marine management system of the sort, improve our integratedmanagement system on the significance of the development of marine maritime economy,protect the marine ecosystem and maintain maritime rights and interests of in-depthanalysis.The second chapter,"The Present Situation and marine management system" actualmanagement of existing marine study the vertical management of marine managementsystem.
