Research On The Development Of Harmonious Inter-party Relations Under The Inter-subjective Perspective

Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party of the harmonious relationship of parties is the essential attribution of the party system Chinese characteristics,and is an important content of China characteristics of the construction of socialist harmonious society.However,inter party relations of Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party is not harmonious at first,but with the change of domestic and international environment,along with the deepening ideology of Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party.So,the harmonious inter party relations of Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party is concrete and historical.The inter-subjectivity plays an important role in promoting two parties in the development process of harmonious inter party relationship.In fact,the main development of relations between the Communist Party and the Democratic Party cognition and the inter-subjectivity coexist in practice are the process of gradually forming the harmonious relationship of parties.At the beginning of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party,both parties did not establish the inter-subjectivity consciousness,and did not regard each other as equal or complete subjects.At this time,the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party regarded each other as the opposite,taking measures of resistance and non cooperation.At this stage,the relationship between the two parties is not harmonious and there is no cooperation and exchanges between the two parties;With the change of international and domestic environment,the Communist Party of China has gradually realized that the Democratic Party can be regarded as the target of cooperation.At this stage,the Communist Party of China and the Democratic Party realized the unity and cooperation during the Democratic revolution.In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China,the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party respect every one's subjective status and cooperate to complete the task of socialist transformation.In 1957-1978,due to the weakening of the inter-subjectivity consciousness of the Communist Party of China,the Democratic Party is regarded as the object of the revolution,leading to the cooperation between the two parties suffering setbacks.It can be seen that the inter-subjectivity consciousness is strong and the relationship between the two parties is harmonious and otherwise,the inter-subjectivity consciousness is weakened.In the new period of reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China emancipates the mind,relocates the new era of the Democratic Party,clears the nature of the Democratic Party,clarifies the position of the Democratic Party and improves the guidelines for cooperation with the Democratic Party in order to promote the cooperation between the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party.In that condition,harmonious relations enter a new historical stage.The harmonious relationship between parties is concrete and historical.In the new period,there are unstable factors existing in the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Party.This mainly reflected in the inter party exchanges and cooperation in the sense of inter—subjectivity is not firm,the lack of cooperation mechanisms and other drawbacks.According to the factors of instability,under the condition of the Communist Party and the Democratic Party,analyze causes and explore the path.In view of the problems in the party communication,the author puts forward that we should adhere to the principle of equality,mutual understanding and mutual love,and enhance the mutual consciousness between the Communist Party and the Democratic Party;Secondly,we must understand the differences between the main bodies of equality to improve the democratic and scientific leadership of the Communist Party and adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party;Finally,promote the rational communication between the Communist Party and the Democratic Party through promoting the inter party consultation widespread?multiple coat and institutional and promoting democratic supervision public?organized and institutionalized.The exploration of the Communist Party and the Democratic Party in the new period forms the path of the perfect harmonious inter party relations.
