The Construction Of Socialist Ecological Civilization In China Under The Background Of Globalization

With the rapid development of human industrial civilization in capital logicmore than a century, the relationship between man and nature has becomeincreasingly high tension. The18th CCP Congress clearly put forward the task ofecological civilization and incorporated into the overall layout of socialism withChinese characteristics, and with the socialist economic construction, politicalconstruction, cultural construction and social construction tied for "the fiveconstructions" of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,shows that CPC has high political consciousness. In view of China’s ecologicalcivilization construction is in the background of globalization, this paper sticks tothe primary status of Marxism with reference to other Western theories, to the rootof Chinese culture with a major concern over the situation of the CCP, and to theintegrated innovation on the basis of the particular situation and social reality inChina and to expose the nature of the anti-ecological critique of capitalism as themain theme and try to combine and learn from underdeveloped economic theoryand ecological Marxist theory these two Western Marxist thought, to find the realprospect of contemporary globalization and the solution of global ecologicalproblem, and ultimately settled on to the revelation of the construction ofecological civilization of China and puts forward the enlightenment on policysuggestionsThis paper has fallen into four parts to research: the part of introduction of aninnovative way to discuss a academic criticism about how to study the ecologicalproblem in developing country as the starting point, clarifies the significance ofthe research and reviews the research of Chinese and foreign academic circles onthe ecological problems and gives the innovation points of this paper; the firstchapter focuses on Marxist perspective of globalization, describes the researchhistory of global problems concern from classic writer to the contemporaryun-development economics representatives, Marxist globalization theory revealsthe contemporary globalization as the most distinct characteristics, pointed out thegoal and principle of developing countries in globalization should be adhered to;the second chapter focuses on assessment of Western Marxism important newgenre-the ecological Marxist theory, this theory reveals the capitalist mode ofproduction the double exploitation of man and nature, has three anti-ecological ills, in addition, this paper attempts to explain the reason of this genre criticism of theecological construction in the Soviet Union, draw lessons for contemporarysocialist state; the third chapter will turn perspectives back to China, from "whatshould China do" in a global context to build ecological civilization, the principleof ownership and thought superstructure, to give three targeted policyrecommendations.
