Examination is of special significance for China. Feasibility of talent examinationas a selection mechanism has been proved by history, imperial examination system inChina has a long history, is also a major contribution to the world. From the Sui andTang dynasties up to the end of the Qing dynasty, lasted for more than1300years,plays an important role in ancient Chinese society. But Chinese society has entered aturbulence since the opium war is also a time of great change, imperial examinationsystem as the social upheaval and transformation towards a decline, until it wasabolished in1905. But culture brought about by the imperial examinationexaminations did not die as the abolishment of the imperial examination, but replacingthem with another form. In the period of late Qing dynasty (1840-1911), China atpresent, caught in a serious national crisis. Provides a background for maintenancepurposes for the advancement of the rule, the Qing Government carried out a series ofreform measures. Judicial reforms are an important part of it. Test selection of judgesin order to facilitate the professionalization of judges is one of the most importantcomponent of judicial reform. Tests for judges in his second year, was the Qinggovernment in order to alleviate the class contradictions and rescue its proposed rule,the examination for the qualification of candidates, content and form, as well asmanagement systems, and many other areas are very clear and specific provisions.Although the judges shortly after the test, broke the revolution and overthrew the ruleof the Qing dynasty, was going to plan the second test could not be conducted, but theimpact of this examination for future generations is great. Starting with this articlefrom the judges examination in the late Qing, Xuantong two years (1911) of a judicialexamination of motives and details of preliminary exploration, found out anything forthe moment where national judicial examination can draw on for improving China’sjudicial exam system for my humble devotes himself to the reform of the judicialsystem.
