On The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of Middle School Students In China

In the minors growth process, most of the time will be spent on campus as a student, so atthis stage the students’ physical and mental health of minors, the right to education, the right topersonal privacy and other legitimate interests providing effective protection is particularlyimportant. Students are an important group of minor students, the school as the main place formiddle school students to grow and learn, charged with cultivation of socialist builders andsuccessors arduous mission. Therefore, measures should be taken to protect the interests ofmiddle school students during school.This article includes four parts. In the first part, this paper provides an overview of theconcepts and theories about protecting middle school students’ interest during the school. In thesecond part, this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s middle school students’ rightsprotection during the school, including the introduction of the relevant legal system, the legalrequirements of our law to protect middle school students as well as the general characters ofrights infringement on current middle school students during the school. In the third part, thisarticle gives the main issues which exist in the protection of middle school students’ interestduring the school, and from the community’s, schools’, teachers’ and high school students’ pointanalyzes the causes of their problems；also put forward some countermeasures for the the reasonsgiven to strengthen the protection of interests of middle school students in the school. Finally isthe conclusions and outlook.I hope this analysis can give some theoretical and practical reference for the operationalaspects of current knowledge and practice in conservation issues of middle school students’interest during the school.
