A Study On The Ethical Issues In The Supply Of Public Goods In China

Study of public goods is one of the classic themes of public economics. In the theory ofpublic goods, how to determine the optimal level of public goods supply problem which hasattracted the attention of scholars. This paper on the government "s supply of public goodstheory to analyze, to break the traditional economics perspective, ethical problems forgovernmental supply of public goods in a new perspective, the perspective of ethics, ways andcauses of these ethical issues in the supply of the government.In this paper, the topic of the research, summarizes the status and research progress aboutthe topic of the theory, and introduces the research angle of view the article; since then, variousethical problems in government supply based on the multi angle, find out the causes, it is the lackof due to economic factors, resource and opportunity configuration inequality, governmentofficials occupation morals flaw, the news media on government supervision, guidance andsocial laws on the weakening of the government supply of supervision and punishment lead tothese ethical problems. On this basis, the author puts forward the way to solve the ethicalproblems arising in the supply of government, which is to improve the supply capacity andoperating efficiency, to establish fair and reasonable supply system,strengthening occupationmoral construction, government officials to improve the government supply public supervision,strengthen external supervision and the legal punishment of government supply.Based on the integration of the general public goods on the basis of research results,analyzes the concept, the characteristics of public goods and the public goods ethics thegovernment supply should follow the moral requirements are briefly described, and mainlyanalyses the various ethical problems of the government supply, and analyzes the causes of theseethical issues, eventually to put forward a series of countermeasures to solve the ethical problemsin order to achieve the government supply, the supply of public goods, efficient, stable andorderly.
