Research On The Cultivation Of New Female Farmers In The Construction Of New Countryside

In the report of the17th national congress general secretary Hu Jintao stressedChina should cultivate a new type of farmers who not only understand knowledge andtechnology, but also can engage in trade. The hundreds of millions new farmers playthe principal role in the construction of socialist new countryside. Due to theestablishment of the socialist market economy, the speeding up of the china’surbanization process prompted most male labor into cities to non-agriculturalproduction. Male labors exit the rural stage gradually, while female labors become themain force of the new rural construction. In order to better promote the developmentof the new socialist countryside, the key is to cultivate new female farmer, they notonly provide talent guarantee and intellectual support for the construction of newsocialist countryside, but the speed of the training process determines the pace ofagricultural modernization development. The significance of this paper is how tomake full use of this special group of new female farmer powerhouse role in newrural construction. This paper bases on the status of female farmers participate in newrural construction make an in-depth investigation by QuYang town in Hebei Provinceand analyses the collected data to illustrate the necessity and feasibility of cultivatingnew type female farmer and the problems existing in the training process, further findout the reason of affecting the new female farmer training. For the new femalefarmers cultivated works puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, sothat to better promote the construction of new socialist countryside.This article is divided into five sections. The first section is the related conceptsand theoretical research was reviewed. One is introduced to build a new socialistcountryside and the connotation of the new female farmers and related theoreticalbasis, secondly, this paper expounds the development of new farmers and new femalefarmer question the research at home and abroad, focuses on the research status of thenew female farmer training.The second section is the situation of the female farmers who participated in newrural construction. We use the questionnaire survey method and interview methodto investigate the situation of the female farmers who participate in new ruralconstruction and analyses the female farmers own characteristics and the status of thefemale peasant labor, female farmers’ quality status and the status of the femalefarmers cultivate. Furthermore, we come out the female farmer awareness and its effect to the construction of new countryside by the QuYang town a village in HebeiProvince.The third section is the necessity and feasibility of cultivating new type femalefarmer in the construction of new countryside. First of all, this paper expounds thenecessity of cultivating new type female farmer respectively from three aspects. Suchas the increasingly prominent phenomenon of agriculture feminization, female farmerown limitations and the new rural construction of a new type of women farmers needto adapt to the new rural development. Secondly, this paper expounds the feasibilityof the new female farmer from female farmers become main force of the new ruralconstruction, the female farmers the awakening of self-consciousness, the support ofnational policy, and female farmers to participate in the new rural constructionawareness improved four aspects respectively.The fourth section is the new female farmer training analysis of the mainproblems and causes in the new rural construction. This part mainly is aims at the newfemale farmer culture exists in the process of shortage of funds, lack of trainingcontent against, cultivating way is unitary, cultivation method is inflexible anddifficult problems for the cause of the corresponding analysis.The fifth section is put forward the countermeasure of the new female farmers todevelop suitable for the new rural construction. First is the cultivation of the sound thegovernment-led mechanism, followed by creating new female farmer training mode,finally is to mobilize female farmer own active participation. I hope that through aseries of countermeasures can be conducive to the progress of the new female farmertraining, to cultivate a new rural construction needs new type female farmers, promotethe development of new rural construction process quickly.
