Research On Rural Community Construction Problems And Countermeasures Under The New Urbanization

For a long time, our country’s economic policy of heavy urban and rural areas, resulting in a relatively backward rural social construction, rural public service resources is relatively scarce, which is in sharp contrast with the city’s orderly construction and relatively adequate public service resources, and gradually become the constraints of China’s social economic development of the short board. With the continuous advance of reform and opening up, the rural society from the closed to open, the majority of farmers in the basic realization of a well-off living standards, the living conditions and production and living environment also put forward higher requirements. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee timely put forward the goal of "building a new socialist countryside", efforts to promote the integration of urban and rural development and the rural community construction to break the urban-rural dual system as an important starting point, referred to give priority to the development agenda. Based on the author’s working experience as a reference, this paper analyzes many problems existing in the construction of rural community in China, summarizes the forming experience and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide a feasible method for rural community development.
