In the21st century, countries in the world is experiencing a series of RACES from internal and external contradictions, international conflicts, terrorist attacks and natural disasters,such as the impact of the crisis event, has brought great harm to social stability and people’s life, and the possibility of crisis exist everywhere. How to resolve the crisis is a test element of a government ruling ability of the important means, also won the trust and support of one of the indicators. The government information publicity is very important in the crisis, it is beneficial to maintain communication with the national, make people understand the truth of the crisis and the government has taken measures to enhance the confidence of the people to overcome the crisis, to be honest and clean government image. In recent years, along with the rule of law in our country, our government has made certain achievements in information disclosure, such as the idea of information disclosure from scratch, from a messy to specification, gradually set up news spokesman system, and through radio, television, network media and other modern information transmission means for information disclosure. Especially the government information disclosure regulations of the People’s Republic of China, marked the our country government information publicity system construction and development to a new stage, but our country government there are some information to the public in public crisis management, greatly affected the government’s public credit. Therefore, promote the information disclosure system is of positive significance to our country to deal with public crisis events.This article adopts the research method of theory combining with the actual, through the public crisis management and government information publicity to conduct a comprehensive combing the two important problems, and to our country from2011to2013, some of the public crisis case, specific analysis of the current local government public crisis management in China’s information disclosure aspects carries on the analysis about the current situation, problem and reason, and based on this, advances the solution.
