The youth crimes,the environmental pollution,and the drug trafficking are known as the world’s three largest public nuisance.The influence is extremely bad, apart from causing direct economic losses and casualties,but also bring disastrous consequences to the families of the victims and their families,even endanger the social stability and harmony,has become the human society "cancer".However,since eighty’s of last century,China juvenile crime rate is increasing every year,and through the analysis of the current situation that correction,due to the impact of overall professional quality of correctional officers,correction of low content of morals and means of correction to instill and didactic reasonsjuvenile correction effect is not ideal,the crime rate has been high.Therefore,actively explore effective corrective measures is particularly necessary and key.Wang Yangming as a master of Chinese traditional moral philosophy into the theory that the justice,the heart, the body and the time of grinding together,good provides theoretical basis and the general idea to evil.This paper will focus on Wang Yangming’s ideology of "the conscience" is outlined,the dialectical relationship between clear conscience and conscience of the connotation as well as the two,analyzes the concrete to evil ways the theory proposed.Under the current juvenile delinquency correction,the education thought of Wang Yangming,and combining the concept and content of modern education to its negative parts are overcome and surmount,improve the correction education contents and methods,in order to accomplish have a definite object in view, an antidote against the disease in the future in the correction of juvenile crime,improve the success rate of.
