Research On Perfecting The Service System Of Public Welfare Venues In Heilongjiang Province

Since the implementation of reform and open policy, the promotion of materiallife has spurred the need for spiritual and cultural life of the people directly. Anastronaut gave a science lesson in Shenzhou X spacecraft. which signified theunprecedented demand for science and culture products. At the same time, furtherdevelopment of science and technology museums is undoubtedly necessary.Combined with the advanced theories on public cultural services by internationaland domestic scholars and the practical experience achieved through constructingChina’s public cultural service systems, this paper conducts an in=depth study into theservice system development of science and technology museums in Heilongjiangprovince summarizes the experience achieved through practice by science andtechnology museums in Heilongjiang province, and discusses the real state andenvironmental need of science and technology museums’ development inHeilongjiang province. Meanwhile, it analyses problems we encountered in newcircumstances and seeks development orientation and direction accorded with thepresent stage of science and technology museums in Heilongjiang province to lay atheoretical basis for the research on public cultural service systems of science andtechnology museums in Heilongjiang province and provide recommendations andreference for the perfection of science and technology muserms service systems.
