September11,2001, terrorist forces launched a terrorist attack in the United States, causing huge casualties and property losses."9·11" event’s impact spread to all over the world, it is cruel and make people ponder deeply. Since then, the United States began to implement the global anti-terrorism operations, Pakistan was included in its stronghold part of anti-terrorism in South Asia, the full support to Pakistan has achieved huge progresses in counter-terrorism activities. The "9·11" event has a globalized meaning, which shares the same importance as the partition of India and Pakistan, the Cold War and post-Cold War. The "9·11" event not only affect Pakistan and China respectively, but also lay a negative mark on the Sino-Pakistan relations.This paper is based on the stage which start from the new-born of China and extent to the "9-11" event. In the text, it places high importance to the depiction of the changes, which cover the areas of politic, economy,security and communications,in China-Pakistan relations in post-9-11.More over, it also narratives how the United States, India, China and Pakistan became the influential factors in Sino-Pakistan relations. In the last, the paper summarizes what kind of endeavors China should carry on in the future.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction about the purpose and the research status; the second part reviews the Sino-Pakistan relations in pre-"9·11"stage; the third part depicts the influences of the event; the fourth part discuss the reason why changes have appeared; the last part summarizes what efforts should China make.
