A Study On The Early Warning Mechanism Of Local Government Public Crisis Management In Minority Areas Of China

With the reform and opening-up, economic, culture has achieved fruitful results, but the Guizhou province reality realm because of natural conditions and social conditions, all kinds of natural disasters, accidents disasters, public health crisis, social security crisis has soared, is bound to affect the healthy development of society. Therefore, the inevitable of these public crises of inquiry, the primary position of public crisis early warning mechanism construction event disaster public crisis management to make effective early warning mechanism, advance science, making the prevention and control mechanism of effective things, after treatment for a reasonable mechanism is one of the important tasks in all levels of government.
