Research On Anti - Corruption In China 's Network

Corruption has long been known as cancer of politics, struggling with corruption is a worldwide problem. Network anti-corruption is a new type based on internet technologies, furthermore, nongovernmental network anti-corruption has provided a new way to break the predicaments of anti-corruption in our country, as well as has been an essential component of the anti-corruption’s system. Because of the collision between our country’s political reforms and internet democracy’s radicalism tendency, network anti-corruption in our country possesses typical Chinese characteristics. In addition, the party and the government have paid much attention to network anti-corruption, which promoted the historical process of network anti-corruption. For thriving network anti-corruption phenomenon in society at present, I am writing this article, through the research of network anti-corruption phenomenon in our country, for our country network anti-corruption encountered bottleneck problem to provide the solution.This thesis includes the following several parts:Chapter1the part of introduction, proposes the research background of this thesis, and also makes a brief comment on research status that relevant to topics of this thesis and briefly introduces the research ideas and research methods of this study.Chapter2firstly introduces the basic problems related to network anti-corruption and defines corruption, anti-corruption network, especial the anti-corruption in this paper. The generation of network anti-corruption phenomenon in our country has its specific environment, the development of the Internet provides the technical support of network anti-corruption and power corruption exists deficiency. Official network anti-corruption situation provides a chance for the anti-corruption cause network intervention. Vested interest group curing leads to corruption is rampant, provides the realistic conditions for the rise of Network Anti-corruption and the awakening of citizen’s democratic consciousness, group psychology along with fulfillment of security are group psychological foundation.Chapter3reviews the development processes and also analyzes the characteristics of our country’s network anti-corruption. Our county’s network anti-corruption started from the appearance of network consensus from1999to2003, has been the prosperous stage, and has played a critical role in our country’s anti-corruption career. Network anti-corruption has realized the public’s rights of speaking, it’s happening with both inevitability and contingency; it exists in the dual system of nongovernmental and governmental, also stimulates phenomenon of creating word on the internet.Chapter4analyses the issues of China’s anti-corruption network development.As a new anti-corruption tool, network Anti-corruption contribution is without a doubt. But our country network anti-corruption development is also facing some bottlenecks, for examples, the existence of the digital divide, the weakening of gatekeeper,the disorder of network anti-corruption and network anti-corruption legal system is not perfect.Chapter5in view of our country network of corruption problems, puts forward some suggestions to improve, from a cognitive level, a correct view of network anti-corruption from the social level and put forward the network anti-corruption infrastructure, improve the public media literacy, made from the national level to promote the construction of network anti-corruption mechanism, improves the network anti-corruption legal system, to our country network anti-corruption benign development suggestions.
