These social contradictions seriously disrupted social order, endanger public safety, and even induce serious criminal offense. Group events is its typical performance. Faced with increasingly frequent mass incidents, we must calmly and objectively recognize that it is an inevitable phenomenon of social transformation currently exists, and even for some time the inevitable social conflicts of the state.
