Institutions in our country economy which plays an important role in people’s daily life, and is more closely related to. How to further deepen the reform of the institution, and gradually establish a macro micro fair, reflected on the incentive system of income distribution, fairness and justice, is the current must be on major issues.At present, institutions of the income distribution, there are two main contradiction. The region is macroscopical, industry difference is too big; two is the microcosmic unit internal distribution modes. The two former affected by the regional economic development is different, or is the monopoly industries and other special effects; the latter by long time distribution policy, thinking manacle.In2009the State Council to discuss through the national institutions to carry out performance salary reform, hope that through this reform, from the fundamental solution to the current institution income distribution problems. At present, compulsory education system the performance salary reform has been completed, comprehensive performance salary reform has not yet commenced. Therefore, this article on the performance salary reform significance, goal, process, analyze, study hard, hope can be found in the operation feasible performance salary reform scheme.This paper from China’s institution salary system development process is mentioned, after the founding of the four wage system reform undertook analysing, analysed institution pay system reform path. Secondly, according to A area actual situation analysis of the current institution in the income distribution problems, reveals the deep seated reasons of the problem. Again, put forward the significance of performance salary reform, principle, given the overall train of thought of reform on the performance salary.
