Government institutions need all kinds of talented and skilled workers to provide public service.Service quality has directly influence to social stability and the convenience of residents.So pay structure for government insititutions is not only related to the interest of staffs;but also reflects the social fairness,justice and harmony.This is an issue of economic and politial.The original Pay structure of government institions no longer applies because of Economic Reform.Performance-related pay has been clearly pointed out since 2006 from the State Council,but many government institutions haven't truly implemented.Therefore,improving the system of Performance-related pay has significant value in both theory and reality.According to the theory of wage gaps,wage management and fairness;the paper is studying how to improving the shystem of performance-related pay.It clarified the standard details of performance-related pay;analyzed the current condition of performance-related pay in government insitutions and provided the solutions of how to improve the system of performance-related pay.Please find the details of the operating plan and the instructions of reform and practice below.
