This passage deeply indicate that the Economic interest groups has played an very important role in the system of national policy. At Last Turn of century, The United States has entered the stage of imperialism.As a significant increased in economic strength, The United States has become the world’s number one economic power. Meanwhile Sino-US trade also has got a substantial growth. In this process, The Business Interest Groups with various interests in China has gradually been formed. American Asiatic Association is one of the most important organization set up by this Business Interest Groups, which has played a very important influence on the American Far East Policy. One purpose of this study is to examine the means whereby this organization served as a vehicle for contact between one segment of the business community and the government, and has effect on U.S. policy toward China. It is very hard to study such a big and diverse organization,because different business community has different view. Although diversity always characterized the business community,such disagreement often give way to solidarity on the broad political question. Normally, such groups were dominated by an active minority which set policy for the membership-at-large. This core of leadership are decisive factor to such group. the methodology of my study is to examine the activities of the core leadership of American Asiatic Association to reveal the American Asiatic Association development process as well as the impact on U.S. policy toward China played by American Asiatic Association. political environment; the ethos and so on In the first section,this paper study the background of the establishment of American Asiatic Association. The follow factors are included:the economic condition;International and domestic political environment; the ethos and so onIn the second section is about the process of the establishment of American Asiatic Association, the activities of American Asiatic Association, and how has the American Asiatic Association exert the influence on the Open Door policyIn the third section is about The American Asiatic Association deal with the crisis which have caused by Chinese Nationalism or other Imperialism aggressive movement to protect their own business interest, At this process they are a defender of the Open Door policy by CoincidenceIn the fourth section is about how has The American Asiatic Association gradually been marginalized.
