"Zone All The Way" Strategy With China And The Arab Countries Of Energy Cooperation

President Xi Jinping has pointed out that to build the Sino-Arabic " the Belt and Road " Initiative,top-level design， good planning, direction and goals are all required. Energy cooperation is a hubto build mutually-beneficial, safe, reliable, and long-term friendly and cooperative strategicrelationship. It plays an important role in " the Belt and Road " Initiative whereas it has its uniqueconnotation and characteristics in the cooperation, it has not only brought about opportunities fornew development, but geopolitical and competitive risks as well. Therefore, to propose views andadvice from political and economical prospects on strengthening the construction of “energydiplomacy” and “financial channel” is beneficial for the facilitation of Sino-Arabic energycooperation under the banner of “the Belt and Road” Initiative.
