A Study On The Connection Mechanism Of Community Correction In Lianhu District Of Xi'an

Now community correction has become a main form of punishment in the contemporary western society, since it appeared in European and American in the thirty or forty years of last century. Community correction,on the one hand,reflects humanitarianism but on the other hand also makes society management better,which is a progress concept, thus it save the cost of the social management. Community correction system was tried out from 2001 until implemented on a national scale in 2009,it has become an important measure of the reform of the judicial system in our country,and an important reflection to establish the harmonious society. It has been implementing for ten years, Cohesive mechanism of community correction whether complete, and whether it can operation order and procedure play a crucial role in whether we can get real legal and social effects or not as you go forward.This paper will focus on this very issue.The first chapter is the introduction. The first part of introduction discussed the implicit topics of reasons, primarily the purpose and topics of significance. Secondly, access to a large number of related literature about the community correction, analysis of the current domestic and foreign research based on the focus of the community correction work, Understanding of the system, operation mechanism and connection mechanism of community correction in our country. Finally, design the review of the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is about Xi’an City Lianhu District current situation of community correction enforcement mechanism of the connection, and expounds from three aspects: system building, participation of all related departments and the situation of implementation.The third chapter is the analysis of the existing problems and the causes about this mechanism. And expounds from five aspects:all related departments, community inmates themselves, community residents, professional institutions and community correction social worker, analysis of the reasons for these problems further.The fourth chapter using the case work to help the community inmates change cognitive bias. This chapter with a typical example as a case study, community correction social worker will apply the professional knowledge to do a case counseling, and finally made the community inmates change ideas, accept the community correction.The fifth chapter is to put forward some improvement measures about this mechanism. According to the existing problems, and puts forward suggestions of perfecting the corresponding.The last one is the summary of the article, and reflect on how to use social work to finish the community correction work.
