Design And Implementation Of A Community Corrections Management System

Community Corrections is a new way of execution of punishm ent, and a non-custodial criminal law enforcement activity to help offenders successfully return to society. Nowadays there are more and more matches of community correction, but due to the current shortage of grassroots ju dicial staff for community corrections, it becomes very dif ficult to supervise and manage such a great num ber of scattered offenders, and it would be easy for them to escape from supervision or to violate the regulations. Therefore to meet the actual need, a community correction m anagement system is developed.The meaning of the development of community correction management platform is able to effectively reduce the workload of staff of community correction, im prove the work ef ficiency, reduce m istakes in the work.Provide the correct object unification, standardization and scientific management as a whole, the comm unity correction work with a com bination of the Internet, computer technology, push forward the infor matization process of community correction, the reference for similar to provide experience for the construction of related systems.This thesis mainly research and implementation of the co mmunity correction management platform based on B/S, us ing Eclipse and J2 EE as the sys tem development tools, in the process of deve lopment by using the current m ainstream design, the design model of guarantee the de velopment of a complete system.On the interface of the sy stem is used JSP dynamic web development technology, using at present the m ost advanced web developm ent technology system interface development.In the construction of system, the use of UML modeling of the whole system, has carried on the static and dynamic modeling, respectively, and the demand for system users and non users demand are described in detail.Overall management platform of community correction will divide to multiple modules, the role and function of each m odule is not the same, basically have correct file, map location, correct education, correct observation and comprehensive evaluation of management, and other func tions, these functions all have a good interface and extensibility. Allowing users to participa te in the tes t, the system is modified and upgraded according to the user's comments. The implementation of a comprehensive test of the sys tem ensures the norm al operation of the system, increases user confidence in software quality and reliability.
