A Study On The Community Cultural Participation Needs Of The Old People In Beilin District Of Xi'an

Now, China’s aging population rate has been increasing steadily, along with a growing population, China’s aging trend has become more prominent. In this trend, how to realize their own value of the elderly, so that old music, to mobilize the enthusiasm of their active participation in community life, has become a cultural studies currently elderly community is an important issue. At present, the world is being studied as a major subject areas and discuss the problems faced by aging. Currently, the world is a major issue for the problem areas faced by aging research and discussion.The State Council issued the "China Aging Development" white paper pointed out that the elderly population aged over 60 years has been close to 144 million in recent years, the number of elderly population continues to grow rapidly, reaching 178 million in 2010, an annual increment of about 5 million. This is a very large group, but also an often overlooked group. With the overall economic and social development, the needs of the elderly in terms of material life has been a lot of security, but the cultural needs of the elderly do not get enough attention, especially the needs of the community to participate in the cultural aspects of the city’s older and no get enough attention.In this study, a total area of five parts, the first chapter introduces the research background, significance of the topic, ideas and innovations, review the elderly at home and abroad to participate in community cultural needs of the main research results, to fully understand the culture of the elderly community participate demand situation and development trend; the second chapter describes the status of the elderly to participate in Xi’an Beilin community culture, group characteristics and cultural resources in the community within the community of the elderly; third chapter Xi’an Beilin elderly community Analysis of cultural factors involved in needs analysis, and the impact of older people to participate in the cultural community. Chapter IV Xi’an Beilin through surveys to identify older people to participate in community cultural problems in the process. The fifth chapter is to make some suggestions for older people to participate in community cultural Xi’an Beilin.
